Grilled Chicken

  1. Chop up the raw chicken into chunks (to your liking) and add paprika, lime juice and salt/pepper and allow to marinate while you make all the other toppings.

  2. After marinating, heat up a hot grill pan/saute pan and fry on high heat until browned and cooked

  1. Finely chop up tomato, coriander and shallot and place in a mixing bowl. Add sesame oil, olive oil and salt/pepper.

  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork

  2. Finely chop up the coriander and shallot and add to the bowl

  3. Add the sesame oil, lime juice and salt/pepper to taste
